- Sitting: Level 3, as fast as you can go for 4 minutes
- Level 2, keep going as fast as you can 1 minute
- Level 4, as fast as you can go for 4 minutes
- Level 3, keep going as fast as you can for a minute
- Level 5, as fast as you can go for 2 minutes
- Standing: Level 4 as fast as you can go for a minute
- Level 6 as fast as you can go for 4 minutes
- Level 5 as fast as you can go for 1 minute
- Level 7 as fast as you can go for 2 minutes
- 8 rounds of the following:
- Level 3 sitting for 1 minute
- Level 5 standing for 1 minute
Gym: 3 rounds of the following 20/10’s:
- Left leg swing crunches
- Right leg swing crunches
- Mountain climbers
- Leg swings calf touch crunches
- Crunches
- Knees to chest and full extension
- Scissors
- Obliques left
- Obliques right
