- Side Lunges (head up, back strait, butt out, touch floor and hop between lunges)
- Deep Squats (stay low, these are more of a pulse)
- Walk Out Pushups (from standing position, walk with your hands to pushup position, then walk your hands back to standing)
- Standing Press (feet apart, standing on toes, pushup with your head and hands the same distance from your feet)
- One Leg Jack Knife Situp Left Side
- One Leg Jack Knife Situp Right Side
