You don’t have to be perfect, just keep going! Before you quit, take a look back and see how far you’ve come. Keep going. Just start where you are and push onto your goals.
Warm up with increasing resistance by one each minute for 5 minutes.
Resistance set to 3, go as fast as you can for 8 minutes.
Increase resistance to 4, stand and go as fast as you can for 8 minutes.
In the gym, three rounds of 50/10’s:
- Mountain Climbers
- Holding a weight with left hand, sit up
- Holding a weight with right hand, sit up
- Left leg strait up, right leg almost touching the ground, reach beyond left and back
- Right leg strat up, left leg almost touching the ground, reach beyond right and back
- Touch the bottoms of your feet sit ups
- Rope climbers
