Spin class:
- Warm up with increasing resistance each minute for 4 minutes
- At resistance 3, go as fast as you can for 8 minutes – position 1
- At resistance 4, go as fast as you can for 8 minutes – standing
- Warm down, resistance 3 sitting, medium pace 3 minutes
Abs – 3 rounds of the following 50/10’s
- Mountain Climbers
- Reverse Crunches
- Touch Foot Bottoms
- Left Leg almost touching floor, right leg strait up, crunches
- Right Leg almost touching floor, left leg strait up, crunches
- Left side obliques, hip raises on elebow
- Right side obliques, hip raises on elebow
